
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers and potential customers. This role is responsible for answering and transferring inbound calls, greeting visitors, and managing communications across multiple platforms. We’re looking for a fast learner, thrives in a busy environment, and demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in data entry and administrative support.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer & visitor support
- Serve as the welcoming “voice” of the company by cheerfully answering the main phone line and delivering excellent customer service.
- Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they are promptly directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, text, and other platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative support
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry and correspondence in compliance with company procedures.
- Provide proactive support to other departments to improve overall efficiency.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating proven success in a similar role.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative position preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with personal computers and software applications, including Salesforce, Outlook, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing programs.
