POSITION SUMMARY:
Construction Laborers will safely, correctly and efficiently load trucks in preparation for job sites, perform installation duties at the job site, unload and clean trucks upon return to TerraFirma. Supports the company's purpose, mission, and values. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience with knowledge of related trades.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Construction Laborers must be able to safely, accurately and efficiently load and unload
trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by Foreman and Production
Management.
2. Safely navigate and work within crawlspaces, basements and other confined spaces
throughout the workday.
3. Safely, accurately and efficiently perform installation duties according to Foreman's
instruction and approved methods, standards and timelines.
4. Responsibly handle TerraFirma property, including products, tools, and equipment.
5. Drives for TerraFirma in a safe and responsible manner.
6. Reliable, regular on-site attendance.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Ability to withstand constricted work environments (i.e.: crawlspaces) for extended periods of
time.
2. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
3. Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
4. Ability and skill in operating equipment and power tools preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or GED preferred
2. 1+ years of experience in the construction trades, or
3. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
4. Valid driver's license
Compensation / Benefits
