POSITION SUMMARY: 

In this role you will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth. This role is pivotal in overseeing the marketing lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assists the Director of Marketing in formulating, executing, monitoring, and adjusting the annual marketing plan, strategies, and campaigns with the goal of meeting or exceeding the company’s lead goals within the company’s budget for those goals
  • Assists the Director of Marketing with creating and proofing the content, design, and production of online and offline marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring correct spelling, grammar, and brand consistency
  • Assists the Director of Marketing with lead gen channel management
  • Execute Social Media Strategy and oversee for optimized engagement and innovation
  • Leads 2025 Rebrand project management
  • Leads research efforts for Source Cost optimization
  • Leads online optimization efforts on our website through content and SEO/Paid Search
  • Manages digital SEO and Paid Seach vendors, channels, and campaigns to drive success and efficiency
  • Ability to edit and design graphic and video content
  • Manages the company’s Home Show/Event marketing efforts
  • Identifies, registers for, and evaluates events
  • Procures, organizes, and maintains booth materials
  • Communicates marketing initiatives, programs, and happenings to employees
  • Assists with employment branding initiatives, including content creation, internal and external messaging, and the careers website
  • Develops and manages social the media content calendar and schedules new and repurposed content across of variety of social media platforms
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on overall social media metrics. Suggests strategies to improve engagement and lead generation on social media based on these findings
  • Monitors and observes industry news, market trends, mentions, and customer feedback and reports on key findings
  • Interacts with and respond to customers and prospects on social channels to encourage
  • engagement
  • Oversees Marketing Strategist

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred and 3+ years of experience in the marketing or writing/editing fields OR a combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in this field
  • Experience using Salesforce based CRM, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva preferred
  • Experience editing and creating content in WordPress
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite—Ads/Analytics, Business Profile/Location/Tag Manager/Maps pack
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices

Salary Range:
$80k-$85k DOE (plus quarterly bonus)
